Courteous, efficient and fast!
I was not looking forward to moving because it's hard work and we've had some bad experiences in the past. I read lots of reviews and decided to call Courtesy. I'm so glad I did! It's still a pain to move but Brad, Anthony, Abel and Floyd were so easy to work with. They showed up on time with two trucks and went right to work. Half our furniture went to storage and the rest into an apartment. We have some big pieces that required finesse to get through the doors, but they knew exactly how to do it...and didn't even roll their eyes when we made suggestions! Courteous, efficient and fast! They almost made this move painless. We were also impressed with Mike, who did the estimate, and the owner--whose name I forget, sorry!--who allowed us to tour the storage facilities. I'm confident we'll have the same fine service when we move into our new house! Thanks, guys!
